Post-Year 2000 Commemorative Singapore Coins in Marine Parade, East Singapore for sale

Novice collector looking to add to his Singapore commemorative coin-collection, wants to buy ONLY one piece EACH of the following coins (ONLY cupro-nickel proof-like) issued AFTER the new millennium:

-- $2-coin 2008 Formula One Grand Prix
-- $2-coin Chinese-almanac animal-series (ONLY rat, ox, snake, rabbit, tiger) / independence-series EXCEPT 2010 45years of independence
-- $1-coin 2005 Urban Villages, Springleaf
